The Program Structure
In Service is designed to guide you through building your soul-led, purpose-driven business with a perfect blend of structure and spiritual connection.
Over the course of 5 months, you'll alternate between self-study and 1:1 personalized coaching.
Bi-weekly rotation: One week you’ll dive into self-study modules packed with transformative teachings and applied practices. The following week, we’ll have a 1:1 call where I’ll personally guide you through your progress, challenges, and next steps.
This format gives you the freedom to absorb at your own pace while receiving dedicated support to ensure your growth.
Each module will focus on a specific aspect of your mission and business.
If you commit to this journey and show up for it fully, I promise you will see real, tangible results.
Program Overview
Each month focuses on a foundational element of building and growing your business.
Month 1: Clarity and Messaging
FOCUS: Clarify the transformation you are offering and develop your core messaging to express your mission confidently. Develop a strong foundation in knowing your value, your unique purpose, and the confidence to lead.
MILESTONE: By the end of Month 1, you will have a Mission Statement that articulates your core transformation, a Personal Confidence Blueprint that outlines your strengths, purpose, and the impact you’re meant to create, and a Messaging Blueprint that defines your audience, their needs, and how your mission serves them. You’ll also have optimized at least one platform (e.g., website, social media) for audience engagement.
OUTCOME: A clear, aligned mission and a platform that attracts, grows, and nurtures your audience, with a message that resonates.
Month 2: Strategy and Systems
FOCUS: Design the foundational structure and systems to support your business. Establish strategies that align with your vision and lifestyle.
MILESTONE: By the end of Month 2, you will have a Business Blueprint that includes your business model, key income pathways, and a systems plan for sustainable growth.
OUTCOME: A structured, systemized approach that sets a strong foundation for your business and mission.
Month 3: Creation and Selling
FOCUS: Create your offer suite and redefine selling as an act of service. Develop confidence in launching and selling your offers.
MILESTONE: By the end of Month 3, you will have a Complete Offer Suite (at least one primary offer) and a Selling Framework that empowers you to sell with confidence and purpose.
OUTCOME: A full offer suite ready for launch, and a mindset shift toward selling as a sacred and impactful process.
Month 4: Leadership and Financial Mastery
FOCUS:: Strengthen your leadership skills and expand your financial mindset. Embrace your role as a spiritual entrepreneur and leader.
MILESTONE: By the end of Month 4, you will have an Entrepreneurial Leadership Plan and a Financial Empowerment Guide that outlines your approach to managing and growing your income.
OUTCOME: A deep connection with financial mastery and an empowered CEO identity in your business.
Month 5: Consistency, Growth, and Legacy
FOCUS: Build consistency in your business, grow your audience, and lay the groundwork for a lasting legacy.
MILESTONE: By the end of Month 5, you will have a Growth and Scaling Plan that outlines the strategies for expanding your audience, growing your business, and creating a ripple effect with your work.
OUTCOME: Momentum and exponential growth with a clear path to scaling and leaving a lasting impact.
